They are looking for a Sales & Supply Chain Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be acting as a key point in managing the sales administration and order process, dealing with customers and suppliers alike to ensure that order requirements are met in full, issues are resolved swiftly, and most important of all customer satisfaction is achieved. The main function of the role is the administration and progression of a sales order from point of purchase to final payment from the customer. You will act as the first point of call for customer related activities, so communication skills are key!
As Sales & Supply Chain Administrator your duties will include:

Handling customer or supplier enquiries, and proactively resolving any issues and actioning any requests.

Registering and progressing PO’s, confirming purchase information and resolving any discrepancies.

Inputting PO information onto the internal database accurately and efficiently.

Processing customer orders on the internal system, creating relevant documentation such as invoices, certifications, and order lists.

Managing customer order process through to completion.

Checking with suppliers/internal supply chain teams regarding availability, notifying customers of when orders are due to be completed and monitoring credit limit levels.

Processing logistical documentation and inputting onto the internal system.

Ensure all invoices are complete and accurate at the point of sending to customers, sending invoices to customers and chasing for payment where required.

Excellent communication and query handling skills.

Confident with IT systems and internal CRM’s.

Well organised and high level of attention to detail.

Flexible nature and proactive working attitude.

Time management, able to clearly prioritise workload.
In return as the successful Sales & Supply Chain Administrator, you will receive a salary of between £25,000 – £28,000 per annum, working full time hours, 9am to 5pm Monday – Friday. Secure, on-site parking is available and you will be entitled to 26 days annual leave as well as being able to work from home one day per week!
