Job Title : Finance Assistant Location : Killinghall, Harrogate Salary : £28,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience Hours : Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (flexible start and finish times considered) A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join a successful and established organisation with over 25 years of proven service.

This role offers the opportunity to become part of a supportive team, providing assistance across a range of finance activities including accounts administration, reconciliations, payroll support and financial processing.

Key Responsibilities of

Finance

Assistant: Support day to day finance and accounting activities.

Assist with bookkeeping, reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.

Process invoices and support purchase and sales ledger activities.

Assist with payroll administration and related finance tasks.

Use accounting systems including Xero and Sage to maintain financial information.

Produce reports and support finance administration using Excel.

Maintain organised records and ensure accuracy across financial processes.

Provide general support to the wider finance team as required.

Experience
