Key Responsibilities of General Manager:
- Lead the day to day operations of the business, ensuring exceptional operational standards
- Manage, motivate and develop the team to achieve business objectives
- Drive revenue growth and sales performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and customers
- Improve customer retention and identify opportunities to increase ancillary revenue
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, targets and overall business performance
- Manage cost control, debtor management and monthly reporting
- Identify and implement new income streams, operational improvements and business efficiencies
