About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Export Sea Freight Co-ordinator to join their Operations Team. This key role ensures exceptional customer service for overseas agents and export clients. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with team members to maintain consistent levels of accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via telephone and email.
- Maintain and manage shared inbox communications.
- Provide pricing, quotes, and service information.
- Process customer bookings and input data into systems such as Multifreight and Cargowise.
- Liaise with customers, sub-contractors, suppliers, and agents.
- Check and send customer documentation, including producing bills of lading.
