What You’ll Do
- Social Media Strategy & Campaign Activation
- Collaborate with the global social media manager to develop and localize a social media calendar aligned with UK market goals.
- Take ownership of the UK social media account execution, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring content performance across platforms.
- Partner with the creative team to ensure visually compelling and on-brand content across all social platforms.
- Innovate within the social space, finding new and exciting ways to engage customers via social media channels to drive awareness, conversation and community.
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine social media strategies, optimizing content for performance and engagement.
- Generate innovative campaign concepts to increase awareness, engagement and following.
- Work closely with the UK Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure social activations align with broader business objectives.
- Oversee daily engagement across social platforms, delivering timely, brand-aligned responses that foster community growth.
- Content Creation & Management
- Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality content (social posts, stories, videos, interactive formats) for both paid and organic channels, tailored to the British market.
- You will be the face of Impress UK on our social channels.
- Collaborate on content briefs and scripting, including the localization of global assets to ensure cultural relevance and brand alignment.
- Manage in-clinic content production alongside the medical team—capturing before-and-after cases, patient stories, and video/photo shoots.
- Ensure proper handling of patient agreements.
- Execute end-to-end content creation, including shooting and editing videos optimized for each platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with external content creators to manage scouting, briefing, coordination, and oversight of externally produced creatives.
- Stay ahead of cultural and digital trends to implement innovative content formats, challenges, and campaigns.

Your Experience
- Experience: 3+ years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) and emerging digital trends.
- Proven track record: Creating engaging content, both behind and in front of the camera.
- Language Skills: Native-level English (additional languages are a plus!).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Figma) and social media management platforms (e.g., Brandwatch).
- Creative Mindset: Strong eye for engaging content, with the ability to adapt strategies for different platforms and audiences.
