- 10% commission on revenue once agreed targets are met

We are a non-profit organisation delivering high quality education programmes across the UK. We are now looking for a Sales Specialist to help grow our reach within the education, training, and qualifications sectors.
This is a hands-on freelance role for someone who is comfortable working independently, building relationships quickly, and turning opportunities into confirmed enrolments.
What you will do
- Turn leads and prospects into enrolled learners using a range of sales approaches
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, with a clear focus on hitting revenue targets
- Act as a consistent point of contact for prospective clients, supporting them from first conversation through to sign-up
- Use your existing network to open up new opportunities and conversations
- Work with internal colleagues to ensure a smooth experience for clients once they have onboarded
- Feed back insights from the market, including client needs and competitor activity
What we are looking for
- Solid sales experience within education, training, or qualifications is essential
- An existing network and relevant industry contacts
- Evidence of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in previous roles
- Someone who is proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working to clear outcomes
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Experience in the media sector would be useful, but not essential
