As part of the Strategy and Marketing team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality orthopaedic solutions by supporting the development, execution, monitoring, and reporting of marketing initiatives.

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Assistant to join our team.

This office-based role provides an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional or graduate to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations while contributing to key events, workshops, and projects.

Working closely with the Junior Marketing Manager and reporting to the Business Strategy Manager, you will coordinate events, travel, and logistics, and may have the opportunity to attend key meetings to gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration and decision-making.

Travel to meeting venues and sites may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meetings, Workshops & Events
  • Manage the end-to-end organisation of meetings and workshops.
  • Handle RSVPs, track attendance, and communicate with customers to a consistently high standard.
  • Ensure all internal stakeholders are kept informed of schedules, updates, and logistics.
  • Organise, prepare, and manage workshop kits and materials as required.
  • Travel Co-ordination
  • Arrange international travel for meetings and events, including flights, transfers, and accommodation.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers during travel-related activities, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Logistics & Kit Management
  • Manage the sending, receiving and QC of kits for exhibitions, meetings, and workshops.
  • Ensure all materials are delivered accurately, on time, and in excellent condition.
  • Marketing & Team Support
  • Support the Strategy and Marketing team with marketing tasks and creation of marketing collaterals as per business requirement.
  • Assist with internal communications and marketing initiatives as required.
  • A genuine interest in marketing, events, and community engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging face-to-face with customers and stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • A positive, collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn and develop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word) - mandatory .
  • Previous experience in marketing, events, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential).
  • Familiarity with basic design tools such as Canva (advantageous but not essential).
  • Experience using Share Point and/or Power BI (beneficial but not essential).
