Impington Village College, 32.5 hours per week, term time only + 5 training days. Immediate start. Salary: Level 2 points 4‑6 – £21,697.85 – £22,390.52 pro rata (£25,185 – £25,989 FTE).

Overview

We are proud to have a large and highly regarded SEND Faculty. This role will support students aged 11‑18 with complex needs requiring intimate care, physiotherapy and feeding support. It also offers the opportunity to support other SEND students across the age, ability and subject range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students requiring intimate care, physiotherapy and feeding support.
  • Assist other SEND students across the age, ability and subject range.
  • Collaborate with the SEND faculty to deliver inclusive and meaningful progression for all students.
  • Implement moving and handling procedures, maintain student safety and well‑being.

Training & Development

  • Moving and handling training.
  • Intimate care training.
  • Physiotherapy training.
  • Feeding training.
  • Fortnightly CPD delivered by specialist staff or external professionals.
