Impetus is seeking a Head of Engagement to lead and develop our volunteering and skilled pro bono programmes within the Philanthropy team. The postholder will shape strategy, manage relationships with corporate partners and donors, and drive high-impact engagement for young people and partner charities.
The role combines leadership, relationship management, programme innovation and operational oversight, with responsibility for the Engagement Manager and Engagement Officer.
