I am currently recruiting for a Bar Supervisor or experienced Bar person for a stunning 100 bedroom 4* property in Surrey within easy reach of W London / Heathrow / North Hampshire and South Berkshire to assist in the smooth running of the main bar.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the bar operations during service, maintain a visible and affable floor presence.
- Ensure cocktails and beverages are delivered accurately, consistently and to specification.
- Assist with the training and coaching to ensure team members understand the bar operations, what it offers and how to deliver it with confidence.
- Demonstrate and maintain strong cocktail and wine knowledge, including classics, signatures, techniques, and presentation, and confidently advise guests on selections and pairings.
- Support menu development, seasonal features, and premium upselling where appropriate.
