My client is a global world renowned Caribbean hotel operator, operating 14 large luxury hotels across the East & Western Caribbean, currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee their 80cv Asian cuisine outlet and large service team.
The successful applicant must have significant high quality / high volume very hands on Asian cuisine restaurant management experience, ie. Japanese, Chinese, Malaysian, Indonesian, Thai cuisine experience ideally at Restaurant or Assistant Manager level, preferably in major cities or with 4/5* remote Island resorts or ideally in the Caribbean and / or Indian Ocean / Philippines resort restaurant management experience.
