I am currently recruiting for a renowned 4* hotel looking for a talented, experienced and personable Restaurant & Bar Manager to work across their main 100cv restaurant, 60cv lounge and bar to lead their FOH brigade of 9 for their hugely successful operation in the Home Counties, within easy reach of Bucks/Berks & Beds.

The successful candidate must have strong 4* level restaurant or brasserie management experience and good bar knowledge, with 1-2 years+ within 4/5* hotel dining operations within a midsize FOH team.

In this instance, applicants must have access to personal transport and have full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
