This is an exciting opportunity to shape hotel rooms division strategy across a renowned world class hotel & health resort while living and working in the beautiful Eastern Caribbean.
I am currently looking for an experienced and highly focused Rooms Division specialist for this 5* all-inclusive 98-room beachside resort in St Lucia.
As a key member of the resort EXCOM team, second in command and reporting directly to the GM, this role takes full ownership of the guest experience across FOH / rooms, housekeeping and security, team training and development for 80 staff and visible in guest interaction.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years rooms division management roles in large, luxury properties in major gateway cities in the EU/US/Middle East areas and must have experience ideally in the Caribbean or similar island resorts ie. Maldives / Seychelles.
