This is an exciting opportunity to shape commercial revenue strategy while living and working in the beautiful Caribbean. I am currently looking for a commercially focused Revenue Manager for a 98-room beachside resort in St Lucia.
The role focuses on maximizing revenue through pricing, forecasting and distribution strategies to improve key metrics ie. ADR, RevPAR, TrevPAR, occupancy, and DDR.
The successful candidate must have 5+ years revenue management experience, ideally some experience in the Caribbean or similar island resorts ie. Maldives / Seychelles, with strong knowledge of seasonal leisure demand, airlift trends, tour operators, group business, and OTA channels across the UK, US, and Canada.
Experience in Opera Cloud and Synxis is required. The role includes managing and developing a small reservations team of 3 who require guidance, systems expertise and the ability to confidently lead revenue strategy and performance.
