General Manager Country House Hotel & Resort Scotland - £80-90K/Bonus/Accommodation.
I am currently recruiting a strong and experienced General Manager to lead this stunning country house hotel in Eastern Scotland, merging high-quality accommodation, golf, destination dining, weddings and events.
You will be responsible for the hotels operational and financial performance, leading your department heads to deliver consistently high standards while growing revenue and profit.
Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining and improving service standards and GS scores
Developing the management team across all departments including rooms, food and beverage, weddings, golf and conferences and events
Overseeing the P&L, budgets, forecasting and cost control
Working with central and onsite sales and revenue teams to grow leisure, corporate, wedding and golf so all round experience is an advantage.
Maximising the commercial potential of dining and event facilities
Building strong relationships with owners, guests, suppliers and the local community
Maintaining health and safety, statutory compliance and property standards
