I am currently recruiting for a renowned Michelin starred restaurant looking for a talented, outgoing and enthusiastic Head Waiter with strong wine knowledge to work across the main restaurant, bar & lounge and room service to join their FOH brigade for their hugely successful operation in Central Bath, within easy commute by car or public transport from Bath & Bristol.
The successful candidate must have strong service and bar service experience and good wine knowledge (preferably WSET L2) for 1-2 years+ within 4/5* hotel dining operations within a midsize FOH team. In this instance, applicants must have full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
