I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning pub & hotel group looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to aid their brigade for their new opening, quality gastropub with 100cv dining inside and 100cv garden area in the stunning East Dorset countryside within easy commute from Salisbury, The New Forest, East Dorset, Bournemouth and Southampton - all locations around 20km commute.
The successful Head Chef will have good experience for 2-3yrs+ cooking with fresh produce in gastropubs, hotels or restaurants or 3/4* hotel dining operations within a midsize kitchen team - as well as managing the GP & recruiting the brigade.
In this instance, applicants will need access to a means of transport and full eligibility to live and work without restriction in the UK.
