I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning hotel group looking for a talented and experienced Banqueting Head Chef to lead their brigade for their quality hotel with 126 rooms and overseeing banqueting for up to 200 covers in the Chilterns.
The successful Banqueting Head Chef, reporting into the Executive Head Chef, must have strong experience of 2 years+ as Senior Sous or Head Chef cooking with fresh produce in hotels or high volume restaurants within a midsize kitchen team.
In this instance, applicants will need access to personal transport and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.
