Imperium is seeking an Aftercare Coordinator for an office-based role in Carshalton, Surrey. You will own day-to-day service coordination, ensuring engineers are scheduled, clients are well looked after, and service delivery runs smoothly.
Reporting to the Aftercare Director, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinate workloads, and maintain high service standards across all contracts and reactive works. Core hours are 08:00–17:00, with occasional flexibility.
