Job Description
Our client is a leading third party Loan Servicing & Loan Asset Management business. This market leading business works with a variety of different real estate lenders, from bulge bracket investment banks through to debt funds, and manages performing commercial real estate loans, NPL's and securitised products on behalf of their clients.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Graduate into their Loan Servicing team to assist with the management of bilateral and syndicated UK and European commercial real estate loans.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and support Loan Asset Managers with the servicing of commercial real estate loans.
- Liaise with borrowers and their representatives in relation to ensuring reporting and other information required under the relevant finance documents are provided in a timely manner.
- Coordinating with lenders, borrowers and their respective lawyers in respect to loan redemptions, restructuring, amendments, waivers and other adhoc requests.
- Processing transfers, setting up waterfalls and reviewing back-office calculations.
Requirements:
- Educated to a degree level.
- Experience in financial services, lending, real estate or accounting is a plus but not a prerequisite.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to analyse reports containing financial data.
- Strong IT skills including Excel.
- Must be able to use telephone, email and written word to a high standard.
- Must be able to work well as part of a team as well as individually.
