We are seeking a Senior Repairs, Maintenance and Contracts Manager who can bring energy, expertise, and vision to drive performance, ensure value for money, and deliver a truly customer-focused service. What you’ll be doing: * Leading and managing repairs teams, supervisors, operatives, and contractors. * Driving continuous improvement across emergency, urgent, and planned maintenance works. * Managing performance and budgets to deliver efficiency, quality, and high customer satisfaction. * Promoting innovation, strong partnership working, and a “One Team” culture. * Handling contractor relationships, complaints resolution, and service delivery improvements.
