Imperium Resourcing is recruiting a Head of Payroll & Recruitment for a Local Authority in Berkshire. The role combines payroll, recruitment and employee lifecycle services within the council’s HR and workforce transformation function, reporting to the Director of HR & Workforce Transformation.
You will lead a small team, drive governance and continuous improvement, modernise systems, and work with senior leaders to improve workforce planning, reduce contractor reliance and deliver value.
