We are seeking an established housing executive to take responsibility for a major London Local Authority housing portfolio and play a central role in the council’s corporate leadership. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and sitting on the Executive Management Team, you will lead the directorate’s strategy, performance and improvement. The remit spans housing needs and homelessness, landlord services, asset management, repairs and investment, building safety and private sector housing.
This is a significant leadership assignment, requiring someone who can establish a clear direction, make difficult decisions and translate political priorities into measurable improvements for residents.
