An opportunity has arisen for an experienced SEND Dispute Resolution Officer to join a busy and forward-thinking SEND service during a critical period of improvement and change. This is a high-impact role where you will take the lead on complex tribunal and complaints casework, working closely with families, schools and professionals to resolve disputes and ensure children and young people receive the support they need.

The RoleYou will play a key role in managing SEND tribunal and complaints processes from start to finish, including:
- Managing complex SEND appeals and tribunal cases
- Preparing evidence and documentation for hearings
- Representing the organisation in SEND Tribunal proceedings
- Leading mediation and resolution discussions with parents and professionals
- Supporting the reduction of tribunal cases through early resolution strategies
- Working closely with education, health and care partners across the SEND system
