We are looking for a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong Electrical Bias to join the team at our client’s fast‑paced distribution centre based in Coleshill. This role is key to ensuring both facility and equipment run smoothly to meet the client’s demands, being hands‑on both electrically and mechanically with a good understanding of pneumatic systems. You will be fault finding, carrying out planned preventive maintenance, and responding quickly to breakdowns on a wide range of machinery including conveyors, picking and packing machinery, box erectors and palletisers. You will also be responsible for updating service records and supporting outside contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proven expertise in Electrical and Mechanical maintenance.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • CMMS use.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety Guidelines.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to role requirements.
  • Perform routine preventive and reactive maintenance.
  • Hands‑on ownership of issues.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum LEVEL 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification or Equivalent.
  • Experience with fault finding and continuous improvements.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • IOSH and knowledge of PROFINET, PROFIBUS would be an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary £49,705 pa (inclusive of annualised Shift Supplement).
  • 8‑hour shifts.
  • Permanent nights, Monday – Friday 10pm – 6am.
  • 22 days holiday.
  • Pension.
