Are you a strong Multi Skilled Engineer/ Team Leader looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a Senior Shift Automation Engineer to support the Engineering Shift Manager at our client\’s busy distribution centre on the outskirts of Mansfield. Working at this state of the art 2.5 million sq ft distribution centre you will have a varied role working within the automation team managing the planned maintenance schedule and responding to critical breakdowns keeping down time to a minimum while supporting the team with your technical knowledge and experience. Working closely with the Engineering Shift Manager you will be involved in the performance reviews of the wider automation team recommending additional support and training where needed but also identifying the strengths of individuals for progression and succession planning for the future stability of the department. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Engineer/Team Leader that is looking for the next step in their career who can confidently support the senior engineering team.
