Shift Pattern 4 on 4 off Days and Nights
Are you looking for a new role that offers not only stability but career progression too? We have a great opportunity for a Shift Technician to join the established Engineering Team at a busy food manufacturing site in Lincoln.
We are looking for a proactive Mechanically Bias Shift Technician whose main responsibilities will be for the planned maintenance schedule and responding to breakdowns, keeping downtime to a minimum, ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of the manufacturing equipment and state of the art packaging machinery. Key Responsibilities of a Shift Technician:- Quality Checks of maintenance activities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance
- Adhere to Health and Safety Standards at all times
- Demonstrate hands on ownership and confidence when responding to breakdowns
- Prioritise system faults
- Accurately record work carried out
- Collaborate with colleagues
- Ensure CMMS is correctly updated
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Qualification, Time Served Apprenticeship
- Good understanding of Siemens / Allen Bradley
- Good understanding of SCADA control systems
- Strong fault finding and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good manufacturing practices
- Annual Salary £54,269 (inclusive of shift allowance)

- Quarterly Incentive between £1,000- £3,000 annually (KPI dependant)
