We are looking for a skilled and proactive Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering team at our clients busy manufacturing site in Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys working in a production environment, solving problems, and contributing to continuous improvement.

As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of manufacturing equipment through planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, and reactive repairs. With no two days being the same you will be responsible for a wide range of machinery including vessels, roasting drums, coolers, conveyors, packaging machinery, palletisers etc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine preventative and reactive maintenance
  • Knowledge of automated, electrical and pneumatics machinery
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Service and repair of equipment on site
  • Adhere to Health & Safety Guidelines
  • Hands-on ownership of issues
  • Strong communicator, you will be working with cross-functioning teams
Experience and Qualifications required:
  • Minimum Level 3 Multi Skilled Elec or Mech Bias
  • Good understanding of Siemens or Schneider would be an advantage
  • Experience working within manufacturing, packaging, food production
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
