I am looking to recruit experienced recruiters for a hugely successful local government team!
This is one of the most exciting companies I am currently recruiting for. Based in London, I am currently looking for experienced recruiters to join their hugely profitable teams!
They are looking for consultative individuals with who are looking to take advantage of their place in the market! You will be richly rewarded in remuneration but also get to be part of a exciting time in the companies journey.
Responsibilities
- Full 360 degree recruitment role
- Actively source and qualify candidates through all available channels
- Maintaining strong relationships in the market
- Working to improve recruitment efficiency for the client's processes
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of AGENCY recruitment experience in the UK including average billing figures and KPI management details
- Experience in public sector recruitment essential
- Quota or goal oriented
- Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated
- Have an understanding of the public sector within the UK
- Have current, non-expiring, work rights for the UK
