I am currently working with a very well known and established specialist recruitment agency who is looking for consultants across Tax, Change & Transformation, Part Qualified and Qualified (interim and perm) to join their London based team. They are looking for experienced finance & accounting recruiters who have a proven track record of billings! This is such an exciting time to join these companies so please apply now!
Responsibilities
- Full 360 degree recruitment role
- Actively source and qualify candidates through all available channels
- Maintaining strong relationships in the market
- Working to improve recruitment efficiency for the client's processes
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of AGENCY recruitment experience in the UK including average billing figures and KPI management details
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax, FFP, Change/Transformation recruitment essential
- Quota or goal oriented
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Independently motivated
- Have an understanding of the public sector within the UK
- Have current, non-expiring, work rights for the UK
