My client is a very well regarded, multi-disciplinary agency, with a very strong brand and excellent reputation across their specialist areas, particularly within the public sector. With offices across the country, their London based team is continually growing as their trusted clients continue to grow.
They are looking at growing their London team, by bringing in an experienced recruiter who can grow and develop their public sector IT desk. They are looking for a full 360 consultant who understands the IT sector and public sector frameworks to consistently deliver quality candidates for their clients.
In this role you will be typically recruiting the following roles:
- System implementation managers
- Change & transformation platform managers
- First level IT & Tech support
- IT Hardware support
- Software integration support
The roles will be a good mix of both temp (contract) and perm, so you will have the full gambit to go at. They are looking for someone who is a natural leader and wants to progress their career to the next level.
What you need to be successful:
- At least 2-3 years of recruiting into IT support sectors ideally with a solid understanding of public sector frameworks (not essential but ideal)
- Be a full 360 recruiter with demonstrated ability to do effective business development and build out a desk/sector.
- Be able to attend the London office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Have full working rights for the UK without the requirement for sponsorship
