Are you a specialist construction & property recruiter with public sector experience? Is 2026 the year for you to step up in a leadership capacity? Would working in the office 2 days per week appeal to your work/life balance?

My client is a very well regarded, multi-disciplinary agency, with a very strong brand and excellent reputation across their specialist areas. With offices in London and Tamworth, the team is continually growing as their trusted teams consistently smash all of their targets.

They are looking at growing their London team by bringing in an experienced construction & property recruiter who can lead the London and South East frameworks team. They are looking for a full 360 consultant who understands the C&P sector and ideally the public sector frameworks to consistently deliver quality candidates for their clients.

In this role you will be typically recruiting the following roles:

  • Building & Quantity Surveyors
  • Project & Programme Managers
  • Housing & Asset Managers
  • Facilities/Maintenance Management
  • Capital Works Managers
  • Planners

The roles will be a good mix of both temp (contract) and perm, so you will have the full gambit to go at. They are looking for someone who is a natural leader and wants to progress their career to the next level.

What you need to be successful:

  • At least 3-4 years of recruiting into Construction & property sectors ideally with a solid understanding of public sector frameworks (not essential but ideal)
  • Be a full 360 recruiter with demonstrated ability to do effective business development and build out a desk/sector.
  • Be able to attend the London office (Monument) or Tamworth office at least 2 days per week
  • Have full working rights for the UK without the requirement for sponsorship
