We currently have a vacancy for a Personal Injury Fee Earner in our Industrial Disease department at Imperium Law Solicitors in Macclesfield, Cheshire. We are searching for a new Fee Earner/Solicitor to join our Industrial disease department. You will need the ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload. For the right candidates we are able to offer training contracts.
Minimum Requirements
- LLB Law Degree
- 2+ years of running an Industrial Disease caseload is required
Skills/Competencies
- A complete case handler mindful of statutory legislation, CPR and relevant case law
- An ability to work as a team
- Ability to keep calm and deliver results in a performance driven environment
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a volume claimant litigation environment mindful of the pressure that arises from a litigated case load
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, effective organisation and time management skills
- An ability to deliver excellent legal advice while maintaining client care standards
- A working knowledge of compliance issues and relevant codes of conduct and accounts rules
