The Opportunity
Imperium Financial Recruitment is working exclusively with a highly regarded property and insolvency firm based in Manchester City Centre. They are looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Valuation Surveyor to join their expanding Property Receivership Sales Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a specialist team working across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, and land assets under LPA Receivership, with a focus on valuation, asset management, and strategic disposal.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake professional valuations of residential, commercial, and land assets under LPA Receivership
- Prepare detailed, RICS-compliant valuation reports
- Liaise with agents, contractors, and third-party stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems and property management software
- Monitor market trends and provide pricing insights and comparable evidence
- Support due diligence processes including title, planning, and compliance checks
