Key Responsibilities Working as part of a dedicated support team, you will: Act as the main point of contact for customer support enquiries.
Provide expert advice on the functionality and use of Turnkey IPS.
Investigate and resolve technical and user-related issues.
Record and manage support cases accurately using the internal support system.
Work alongside colleagues across technical and product teams to resolve client queries efficiently.
