Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their growing team. This is a standalone role and an excellent opportunity for a HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, commercially focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring solid knowledge of Employment Law and a broad generalist HR skillset to support the business across all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of Employment Law, ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and training & development
- Support and guide managers on disciplinary and grievance issues
- Oversee HR policies and procedures, updating them as needed to reflect legislative or operational changes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Promote a positive and engaging workplace culture
- Advise on workforce planning and support strategic HR initiatives
- Lead and manage HR projects as required by the business
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor within a professional services or fast-paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of UK Employment Law
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and handle sensitive issues with discretion
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
