As an IVA Insolvency Practitioner, you will take responsibility for managing a high-volume caseload of IVA appointments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering excellent outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the named Insolvency Practitioner on a portfolio of IVA cases
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IVA cases, from proposal through to closure
- Ensure all cases are managed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to case administrators and support staff
- Review and sign off key documentation, including proposals and reports
- Liaise with creditors, clients, and other stakeholders where required
- Monitor team performance and assist in driving operational improvements
