Imperium Financial Recruitment is delighted to be representing a well-established and growing firm of Insolvency Specialists based in Cheshire, who are looking to appoint an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join their busy and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of Corporate Insolvency experience who is looking to further develop their skills and progress their career within a reputable and supportive practice.

The Role: Working within a close-knit and highly experienced team, you’ll take responsibility for managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from inception through to closure. You’ll be involved in all aspects of case management and play a key role in ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of corporate insolvency cases, including Administrations, Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), and Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs).
  • Draft and prepare all necessary documentation for case progression and statutory reporting.
  • Liaise confidently with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders.
