Our client, a leading insolvency firm with multiple offices across the UK, is looking to appoint a Senior Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their growing team in Leeds. This is a key role for someone who can confidently manage a caseload of corporate insolvency cases from appointment to closure.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations
- Drafting reports, correspondence, and statutory paperwork
- Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Supporting junior team members and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Attending meetings and assisting with case strategy and progression
- Proven experience managing corporate insolvency cases
- Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures
- Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
- CPI qualification desirable but not essential
