Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations
  • Drafting reports, correspondence, and statutory paperwork
  • Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders
  • Supporting junior team members and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Attending meetings and assisting with case strategy and progression
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing corporate insolvency cases
  • Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures
  • Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills
  • CPI qualification desirable but not essential
