Imperium Financial Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded firm of Insolvency Practitioners based in Bolton, who are seeking an experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator or Senior Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious insolvency professional looking to further their career within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs), Administrations, and Compulsory Liquidations, from instruction through to closure.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage your own portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from start to finish.
- Prepare all statutory documentation and reports in line with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise confidently with directors, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
- Attend meetings of creditors and assist with investigations into directors’ conduct and company affairs.
- Prepare progress reports and case reviews for senior management and Insolvency Practitioners.
