The Role
Join a rapidly growing firm of Insolvency Practitioners with a nationwide presence. As a Bankruptcy Specialist, you will manage a varied portfolio of bankruptcy cases, working closely with experienced Insolvency Practitioners and legal teams to progress cases efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of bankruptcy cases from appointment to closure
- Assist with pre-appointment tasks and assessments
- Collaborate with Insolvency Practitioners and solicitors to progress claims and asset realisations
- Prepare and submit statutory reports and documentation in compliance with bankruptcy law
- Report directly to the IP Director, providing updates and recommendations on case progression
Experience Required:
A minimum of 2 years of experience managing bankruptcy casework
Skills:
Proficiency in IT systems, including IPS. Strong understanding of bankruptcy law and statutory requirements.
