A well-established and busy firm of Corporate Insolvency Practitioners is seeking a Bankruptcy Administrator to join its growing team. The firm handles a broad range of insolvency cases and is known for delivering a high standard of professional service across both corporate and personal insolvency matters.
As a Bankruptcy Administrator, you will support the delivery and management of a varied caseload of bankruptcy appointments. Working closely with senior staff and Insolvency Practitioners, you will ensure cases are progressed efficiently, compliantly, and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of bankruptcy cases from appointment through to closure
- Prepare statutory documentation, including reports to creditors and the Insolvency Service
- Liaise with bankrupt individuals, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Assist with asset realisations, including property and other recoveries
- Conduct investigations into the affairs of bankrupt individuals
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with insolvency legislation and best practice
- Support senior team members with more complex cases where required
