Overview:
Imperium Financial Recruitment is working with a well-established Insolvency firm in Altrincham to recruit an Insolvency Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to further their career within Corporate Insolvency, with particular focus on Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs) and Administrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, with emphasis on CVLs and Administrations.
- Drafting statutory reports, letters, and other key documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Liaising with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders in a professional and efficient manner.
- Undertaking investigations into company affairs and preparing necessary reports.
- Assisting senior colleagues with complex cases and contributing to team targets.
- Ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation, internal procedures, and case progression deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A minimum of 12 months' experience within a Corporate Insolvency role.
- Solid knowledge of CVLs and Administrations.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
