You will be responsible for managing a caseload of bankruptcy files from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while delivering excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own portfolio of bankruptcy cases.
- Liaising with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders.
- Preparing reports and statutory documentation.
- Ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and in line with deadlines.
- Supporting the wider insolvency team as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working within personal insolvency or bankruptcy administration.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team.
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Location: Manchester
