We are a property company that has been in operation for 80+ years, dealing with sales and lettings around the UK. We are offering a part-time sales staff / lettings negotiator role. Offices are based in Central London, West London, North London, Manchester, and Birmingham. We cover the entire London and surrounding areas for lettings and sales.
Candidates require the following:
- Experience in a sales position in any field or the desire to learn, as full training will be given.
- Experience with client interactions and being professional.
- Ability and willingness to travel across Manchester and surrounding areas around the city.
- Driving licence and experience in the property market is not needed for the part-time position.
The role consists of:
- Meeting homeowners and providing them information about our lettings options.
- Travelling to the property to conduct viewings.
- Massive opportunity to accelerate to higher positions.
- Part-time position includes massive flexibility; not required to attend office.
- Appointments are given at properties around Manchester.
Paid £13 per hour, from the time you leave your house to the time you return home. Travel expenses are paid too. £100 commission per completed deal.
