We’re looking for a motion designer who creates films that stir something deep inside of our audiences. A quirky love affair between the apple and the paper clip on your desk unfolding as stop‑motion animation. A high‑octane montage of creative transitions that makes a tech company look genuinely disruptive for once. Edits that are so refreshingly beautiful, they make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up. If you can conjure stories we imagine together and you’re an experienced motion graphics designer and editor who knows how to bring footage to life, we’ll give you the time and resources you need to do work you’re truly proud of.

We understand you want to do more than stitch together stock footage. That’s why you’ll begin projects by thinking conceptually, collaborating with other creatives and presenting very different styles of film to clients, whilst explaining what needs to be done to obtain the raw footage you need. You’ll be working for high‑profile clients across a diverse range of industries, alongside talented producers, designers and directors.

With countless industry awards to our name, we really are pushing the boundaries of employer branding – a constantly growing area of marketing. What we do is every bit as creative and innovative as consumer advertising, but with an added sense of self‑worth. Because we aren’t selling sodas; we’re helping people find and build their futures with world‑renowned brands like Skyscanner, Siemens and Entain. Building brands from scratch and managing campaigns from end to end is what it feels like to be a holistic creative.

You can’t be content working on one client, but you’ll love working here. We’re close‑knit and know how to enjoy ourselves in and around the creative hub that is Spitalfields, London. We’re an employee‑owned agency – so you’ll earn a share of our profits after 12 months’ service.

Benefits

  • Unlike most agencies, we're employee-owned - which is exactly as it sounds. After 12 months, you'll become a Partner of Blackbridge and receive your fair share of our profits.
  • A colleague appointed representative (Partner Councillor) gives us the chance to voice our opinions on various elements of the business in an open and productive manner.
  • A work‑life balance is important to who we are, that's why we have a hybrid work policy, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
  • Regular socials and events to make genuine friendships and connections outside of the workday, including quiz nights, karaoke, and drinks at various Central London pubs/bars.
  • 25 days' holiday with 1.5 days gifted over Christmas.
  • Employee Assistance Programme available 24/7, offering mental health support through courses and counselling sessions.
  • Health Cash Plan – claim back costs for everyday healthcare (dental, optical, prescriptions, physiotherapy, etc.), plus access to a wide range of discounts.
  • Enhanced parental pay and leave, ensuring financial security during family time.
  • Access to our company pension scheme, helping you save towards your long‑term financial wellbeing.

Please include a link to your showreel or folio with your application.
