Experienced Site Manager

We’re looking for a confident, reliable, and highly experienced Site Manager to join Imperial Building Solutions, a fast-moving commercial interiors company delivering plug-and-play, CAT A, and tenant fit-out projects across London.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on-site, can work collaboratively with subcontractors and clients, and takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes — on time and on budget.

👷‍♂️ Your Role:

• Oversee day-to-day site activities on commercial interiors projects ranging from £150k to £500k+
• Manage subcontractors across multiple trades (including M&E, joinery, partitions, flooring, and more)
• Maintain site H&S compliance and ensure documentation is up to date
• Coordinate material deliveries, site logistics, and programme milestones
• Communicate progress, challenges, and site needs clearly to the office/project team
• Ensure projects are delivered to Imperial’s standards of finish and professionalism

✅ We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in commercial interiors/fit-outs
• Strong working knowledge of CAT A, CAT A+, and tenant CAT B works
• Able to read drawings and spot coordination issues early
• Confident dealing with M&E subcontractors and fast-paced timelines
• SSSTS or SMSTS + First Aid (CSCS preferred)
• Based in or near London and happy to work across multiple sites in central locations
