We are actively recruiting and looking to expand our team. We are looking for Sales Advisors in the Edinburgh area.

We provide financial guidance to serving military personnel, veterans, and their families, specialising in life cover, critical illness protection, military kit insurance, home insurance, personal accident cover, travel insurance, and mortgages. With a national presence, we serve all major garrisons across the UK.

Working Hours: Full-time (Part-time considered).

Duties:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide the best solution.
  • Conduct group presentations to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing policy information.
  • Research and analyse insurance market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Assist clients in selecting insurance policies that best meet their needs.
  • Administer sales processes, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing policy renewals.
  • Manage your area and ensure you conduct efficient face-to-face business deployment for continued activity.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service with a focus on building relationships.
  • Ability to analyse client’s needs and make recommendations.
  • Possess a vehicle and hold a full UK driving license.
  • Ideally, an understanding of the military or a background in financial services.
