Summary:
The Assessor in Built Environment supports apprentices to achieve built environment qualifications, including full Apprenticeship Standards. The role involves managing a caseload of learners, conducting workplace assessments of knowledge, skills, and behaviours, and guiding learners through to successful completion and End Point Assessment. Inductions and initial assessments are carried out to identify starting points, with individual learning plans developed in collaboration with employers, ensuring clear targets and an understanding of off-the-job training requirements.
Working closely with learners, employers, and internal colleagues, the Assessor monitors progress through regular workplace reviews, provides feedback, and helps learners overcome barriers to achievement. The role also contributes to programme perform...
