The launch of their brand-new manufacturing and logistics site in Northampton has led to the recruitment of a Loading Team Leader on a permanent basis.
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: Competitive
LENGTH OF CONTRACT: Permanent
ROLE SUMMARY: The Loading Team Leader reports directly to the Fleet and Loading Supervisor within the Transport Department and is responsible for the management of the loading operation and supporting the Transport department with the day-to-day management of their area. This includes ensuring a streamlined, effective, and efficient loading operation to support the overall business delivery targets. The Loading Team Leader provides leadership and line management to the loading team, coordinating their workloads and offering support, promoting loading standards to meet customer requirements. Additionally, the Loading Team Leader develops the team by focusing on individual performance and support requirements to achieve high standards while fostering a culture of working safely.
